A Poem by John
"

"
The Ideologies kept watch
In trees above the grazing sheep;
And when the farmers' backs were turned
They slithered down and slit their throats.

The folks who found them all agreed
The grass was wet because of blood.
But disagreed from whence it sprung
With words both hot and spittle-flecked.
