The Little things in Life

The Little things in Life

A Poem by Josh Anderson

That little thing called gravity
Doesn't do much to hold on to me
As I'm soaring through this galaxy
An angel born without his wings

That little thing called eternity
Does its best to frighten me
As I'm confronted with my mortality
My heart is beating painfully

That little thing called love, you see
Does it's best to shatter me
My hearts broken beyond capacity
Just a stereo without the battery

Fabulously lush language! This is cosmic in quality! The imagery and rhythm is very moving
