Winters Reign

This poem is all about how winter can control a country.

Winter

Days become shorter,

Nights become colder,

Snow and ice starts to appear.

Causing havoc and chaos across cities and towns,

leaving school gates shut and houses without.

Children have snowball fights and play on sledges with friends,

Whilst parents stay at home baking nice hot bread.
