A Poem by Judy Ponceby

Be thee privy

to the cascading

whispers of the

tides continuous?

To the tranquil

bubbling and splashing

of light, translucent

fluid?

Saturated in the

unpredictable motion

of the flowing
river of a mind
wandering.

Waterworld? and so serene...unlike Lily (lily, you there?)...I don't quite see the same sensuality as she and her warped mind does...:)) I see more of a cleansing of spirit...almost a rebirth of sorts....discovery and reflection.
But what do I know...I only know what I feel..
Great write, Judy

Loved it Judy..I am privy to the warm sensations of sensuousness of tidal flow.
I shall post my poem "Tidal" just so you can see that I lie not to you dear lady.

I don't know if it's just my potty mind but to me this is very sensual.. Quietly seductive... maybe it's because my mind is like a flowing river of wandering thoughts lol..xx I love this...xx

Has a medieval feel (though "privies" are known to exist in relatively modern times.)
In truth, a lovely, curiously refreshing and pensive creation.
You are much more than you, apparently, will ever know, dear lady.

I love that this is simple and to the point. I like the elegance of it and the very liquid (no pun intended) flow of the words.

My only criticism of this piece would be the structure which you have used. I think it would be stronger if you had shorter lines, which would help the cascading flow of the imagery.
