O, grrrrr...

O, grrrrr...

A Poem by Judy Ponceby
"

Random silliness...

"
O, grrrrrrrrrr.............

        Stepped on a thorn!

O, grrrrrrrrrr...........

         Size of a horn.

O, grrrrrrrrrr.........

Flesh all torn.

O, grrrrrrrrrr.............
So forlorn.

A rather curious and unique choice of poetic subject, Judy. Not likely to be duplicated by another poet--which is, of course, one of the many things that makes you interesting and fun to read.
Just grrrrrrrrrrreat!

Oh, my goodness. My daughter stepped on a thorn, one day, and screamed for about an hour while I attempted to take it away. Everyone heard her and thought that I wanted to kill her. I made her settle down and help me practice singing at church, "Amazing Grace." She didn't, even, know when I pulled the thorn out. A lot of pain comes from our minds and not our bodies. I loved your write!

A painfully fun poem.
