Bully (A Trimeric)

Bully (A Trimeric)

Tell Them
That it ain't over 'til the fat woman sings
Your smile disarms any harm their hatred brings
Ignorance is bliss, but one day they will learn

That it ain't over til the fat woman sings
Tell them
That you will conquer ever obstacle they slang

Your smile disarms any harm their hatred brings
But the deepest scars are the ones that can't be seen
And what cannot be seen, cannot be known

Ignorance is bliss, but one day they will learn
And when that day comes You tell them they're forgiven
Because forgiveness is the only way to embark on a new beginning

Unfortunately, most bullies view their ignorant behavior as bad-a*s, tough-guy and alpha. The darkness always changes to light. Great poem.

It's wonderful to read you again Shante! Excellent take on the form contest. I loved the concept and how you penned this sad but all so prevalent subject. Thanks for submitting this piece! ~ Helena
