Time for what?

Time for what?

A Poem by Kyle "KMFW" Wise
"

I wrote this poem after a love affair I had, it ended just as quick as it began, though short left scars.

"

                                                                             We are in her apartment

The moonlight through the window

Makes everything in the room

Black, grey, or white

I come behind her

Her head leans back

A soft breath

Leaves her lips

My hands move smoothly

And her clothes fall

To the floor

I turn her around

To kiss her

But she pushes me

On to the bed

She has no time for

Romance

And come to think of it

Neither do I

Your lines are short, but it moves the piece fast which fits perfectly with your point. It's great, its the right amount of reality and humor, yet has that slight touch of dissapointment for the reader when they realize how much this writing refers to all sorts of relationships between people. Such a loss of intimacy!

Great write :)

I like it. I'm actually impressed. Until that day that you told me you were a writer I didn't peg you as one. That sounds s****y but I mean it as a complement. You're a talented dude. Put up more soon - I'm intrigued. See you at the store.

This piece is passionate yet hurried as if your lover awaited. Well penned. I enjoyed reading.

LOL...a bit choppy yes...but I think it adds to this type of encounter. It was basically fast! and that is how I read it!

Great Job!
