Curious

A Poem by KaBoKi Jankins
"

A poem with a range of questions a couple dreams and some truths and grey areas and blue jets bunch of things

"

Numerous questions
during this stay -
My earthly vaca.

From:

What's the ultimate goal with this life thing -

You on drugs boi -

Why does the bad taste enticing -

How can so many starve -

Does this look fabulous & inviting -

Am I too hard on myself -

Are we that indifferent -

Friends -

Is this real -

Am I gonna eat my problems or fix theirs - is this mic on - is this real -

Will we wake•up & realize who's been killed, forgotten, thrown by the side, turnt into meals?

To:

Where exactly am I -

Why -

Any cheese in this -

Any lies in this -

Are you scared -

Why -

Can't we get along -

Are we pregnant -

Why another love song -

Wanna do something exotic, imagine: a sky-blue jet, fast as a rocket -

Think they're open - their minds & their front doors -

Where's all your aspirin, I don't want to feel anymore -

Why does my fellow-man* lay broke -

Why is this awkward -

Is this efficient knowledge -

When will karma arrive - on an air balloon of egyptian cotton -

What's wrong in me - what am I fighting -

Why are we toyed with till I'll spirits grow rotten?

Quantify. Electrify.
Questions in growth yearend.
The wheel reveals syndication & imagination.
We'll make our answers with re•runs indeed.

About
I prefer poetry to get a point across. High-School was the beginning, but I'm much older now. I began jotting down verses here and there, after years of silently writing, I decided - what would an.. more..
