Spring's Sun of Newness

Spring's Sun of Newness

A Poem by Different Wings

This April May March onwards towards June!

I can feel it flowing through me,
Gradually, yes, but with each passing day,
passing moment,
I feel this newness that binds and embraces,
Like an arrow pointing me to my truth,
true north,
guiding to the cycle that brings such richness,
rich, new, gradual but strong.
Doubtless, my salvation comes from only a hint,
a jewel of hope,
originating the newness that grows,
forms, flows into my being.
I am changed by the once jeweled spark
into a self at once now and past,
churning what has been,
a natural tradition.
In my body, my mind, my presence, heart
the soul,
I embrace it as it does my everything,
my all and core,
core and all that is without,
My thoughts, now soaring to and fro
from the sun,
instead of sinking back and forth
as a pendulum.
Impossibly radiant is my new esteem,
dreams and worthy wont,
for like the pending birth of life,
I feel truth forming gradually,
and welcoming with softest murmur:
energy anew.

Powerful write here, I am not a fan of winter either, but i don't like the tornadoes spring brings either. I love the warmer weather. Nicely written write.

I loved it. I imagined it being a song. It would make great lyrics. Kudos!
