Puppet (11/4/14)

A Poem by Katseye

Puppet

Am I simple
A marionette
To dance
As you
Pull the strings

Wrapped in a cloak
Of ice and snow
Soul Bled dry
But my heart heard
What my ears could not

You alone
Hold the key
To my salvation
Will you
Lite the flame
