Prom

Prom is a place I got tooken away to.

The place I felt safe in his arms.

It was a night when he swept me off my feet

and showed me off to the world,

as if i was the most beautiful girl there.

but I really was, in his eyes anyways

and that's all that really matters.

I was his Cinderella, He was my prince charming.

And in the end, it was just him and I.

Everything faded

As we both danced the night away.
