My Very Own

My Very Own

A Poem by LETitBeKnown

Resilient in all ways but one

He had an agenda unplanned

I couldn't claim

The sacrifices came endless

Though i knelt before it all

As if it were the only world known

The chain was invisible

The lock was my own

My very own torture

About
Life is full of flaw. I can accept that. We create ourselves, but people don't see us the way we are. To you; I'm just an external image with a name. If I were to give you an internal piece of me, yo.. more..
