Author's Note

Mantras are derived from Sanskrit words. Om is the universal sound, the vibration of sounds of all living things. Shanti means peace. Aham Brahmasmi is the creative force and So Ham (hom) is yin/yang life/death light/dark or the integration of opposites.

Very Unique Piece. Almost had a sexual undertone, which i hope was what you were aiming for. It's always cool to discover something new, and be aware of something not of one's own world, and yet can relate to it - I simply smoke some pot and sit out on my front patio at sunset over Mission Bay and breathe in the end of the day. even jot down something that may become a poem or sometimes just nod off as the evening settles in... good write.

How long have you been meditating? I've integrated meditation and spirituality into my life during the past year, and have found that a peaceful consciousness is the most important part of living. I sometimes use the mantras, sometimes not, but they definitely help get to where the soul is trying to go. Hope things are going well for you.
