Nerve Damage

Nerve Damage

A Poem by kenny

Screaming. The world slips to black,
Writhing. Pieces falling. Under attack.
Crying. Tears burn hot as they pour.
Breaking. Holes dot the walls. Blood pooled on your floor.
Waking. Every day hurts.
Hating. Every day it gets worse.
Cracking. Horrors your mind betrays, the dark of the void.
Slicing. The sights in the mirror you will avoid.
Hearing. The past rises to the fore.
Clawing. You refuse the only door.
Falling. It will be here soon.
Dying...
