Pearls

Pearls

A Poem by Daydreamer
"

Mothers be good to your daughters..

"
String a pearl on silk thread
And pull tightly,
How long she can hold
To weather the storm
Is a matter of how well
You tie knots..

Lessons. Yes teach your daughters well. They will need to know how to weather the storms. You say so much in this beautifully visual poem. Loved it.

and those knots are lessons learned along the way, shared from parents to children and then..it is up to the children to keep the thread secure.
