The wind is a friend

I thought of the concept of this poem while I was on a walk on a windy day.

The wind is a friend 

A wild friend

Unpredictable 

Encouraging 

Instant

Strong 

The rain is a friend 

A comforting friend 

Disguising your tears

And mixing them with its powerful drops  

Letting you grieve 

The clouds are a friend

A calming friend 

Letting you do what you need

Protecting you from the world 

The sun is a friend 

A cheerful friend 

Brightening your day and warming it with its rays 

Wanting to best for your todays and tomorrows 

Helping you to see more clearly

The snow is a friend 

A whimsical friend

Coming to surprise you 

Letting you play 

Leaving a good memory until next time
