Is this love?

Is this love?

A Poem by Korin

That steady breach of breathless air.
That slow merge of hair standing at your neck.
That unfathomable reach of an unknown closeness.
Presence is now,
The timelessness of that warn wrist watch passed down through thousands of faded memories.
The stillness of untouched water beds,
and the warmth of a mid October day.
The moments i suppose fairy tales claim we live for.

I drank this one in loving the taste and texture of it on my soul. I thoroughly relished in its simplicity, yet complex nature. It begged to be read more than once and i am only too happy to give in. The phasing was perfect, the wording had mature tone leading to a overall effect that was breathtaking.

Very good use of words. You create good place and thoughts.
"That slow merge of hair standing at your neck.
That unfathomable reach of an unknown closeness."
I believe love is found when walking and talking together. Bedroom chats and coffee shared by the moonlight. I enjoyed the poem. Made me ponder love. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
