Yesterday Morning

Yesterday Morning

A Poem by Katarzyna Anna Koziorowska

Yesterday morning, I chose
the wrong side of the road.
The path that leads to shadows of light.

You are the source of dreams,
you are the silence
that will never return.
I do not want love, I am not looking for
loneliness that could fill my
sweet and sour fantasies.

Let my memories be born again,
allow wasteful memory
to admit the truth.
I don't want to die while the night
before yesterday's sleep continues.

I do not understand the pain
inflicted upon you by your heart.

Oh is this ever sad...I feel the words... with hidden meaning behind them...
So interesting that I was compelled to read your words several times...each time your words got better...
I love so many lines... "I do not want love, I am not looking for
loneliness that could fill my
sweet and sour fantasies."..... this one is fabulous!!
