The show

The show

A Poem by Again

I'lll let you write the script
I wanna be lost in your play
I want to open you up
A little more every day

Tho our plots a bit twisted
It's a brodway nonetheless
Reguaedless of the scinics
I want to stay lost in your chest

It may not be a production
No one will see it but us two
It's the secret vindication
It's the pleasure that we choose

Every stage film
will always have it's end
And darling it's no secret
That the curtains draw near again

There will be no standing ovation
And soon we'll take off our masks
The ending seems more realistic
When in our memories we bask.

But for now the stage is open
And my pen still has some ink
Let's make the best of this spotlight now
Just dance and dont dare think

It's the temporary high you get
When you feel like somethings write
But since the dawn of story time
Every clock soon strikes midnight

Emotion is in the movies
But soon breaking our habit will commenence
One of these days our song and dance
Will forever be past tense.
