Rain

Rain

A Poem by Wolf

Misjudged,
Insulted,
Cursed...

In the silence of the night,
When the light is out of sight
And the leaves dance
In the blowing wind, caressing your face.

Darkness coves the streets -
Only I walk the lifeless streets
Silent...Slowly -
Walking...Lonely...

I see how life is drained
By the sins we all have made.
Every word we say,
Every soul we slay.

Blood covered streets we walk,
Ignoring the pain.

Tears fall from the sky above,
Rain wiping the blood and violence
And we still hate her
When she comes...

I'm lonely,
But not alone.
For the rain keeps me company
Until I'll be gone.

Very dark and raw poem, felt the loneliness and that moment when no one of our so called friends tries to help us...great job
