White Rose

A Poem by Jessica R.

A lonely white rose,
Lying in the damp cold street,
Waiting for the spring.

I am that lonely white rose... the difference is while the rose is waiting for spring, I am waiting for prince charming. I loved this poem Brilliant.

This is a great haiku filled with symbolic emotion. I sense loss of love, rejection, yet hope. I love haikus like this! Thank you for your comments on Urban Warfare.
