I was recently pondering on some new developments in my life and decided to write this.

The dream is not dead
No, it is only changed
Altered to accommodate 
The present, the now

Look upon my dream
The vagueness of it all
The specificity of it all
Do you wish to join me?

I really like this piece, especially the first stanza. This stanza faces head on some of the things I feared (and fear) most about growing up and the process of 'finding myself'. I think it is important for us all to remember that life is a journey, and our dreams shift and mold as we ourselves do.
