Summer

Summer...
Hair gets lighter
Skin get darker
Water gets warmer
Drinks get colder
Music gets louder
Nights get longer
Life gets better.

You meet new love
forget the old ones.
try new things
and bring back some old.

You make new friends,
and regain some old ones.
You life and love,
it's the best season ever.

Taking a dip in the pool,
feeling the sand between your toes.
that warm ocean breeze hitting your face,
feeling the sun on your skin.

I used to hate summer,
but this year changed.
I absolutely love it!
