A Dream of a Nightmare

A Dream of a Nightmare

A Poem by Nightmare Catcher
"

I wish upon a star, a dream I dream with fear.

"
I wish upon a star,
A star I wish upon.
A dream I dream with fear,
With fear I dream a dream.

A dream of a nightmare,
A nightmare of a dream.
With darkness overlapping darkness,
Overlapping darkness with darkness.

The light of hope and joy,
Hope and joy of the light.
The clouds of grey and black,
The grey and black of clouds.

The components of a nightmare,
The darkness of it all.
The blood of all the joys,
The pain as they fall.

I like how you've switched the words around. I would never of thought of that.
