We Found A Place

We found a place

Where no one could come

We found a place 

Where no one was glum.

In through the cities,
Of thick smog and waste,

Up over the mountains tall,

We go there with haste.

In this place,

The sun always shines,

And neither of us struggle,

With Earth's daily confines. 

It's a secret place,

Shiny and new,

And I'm only there

When I'm with you. 

We found a place

Filled with stillness and tranquility

We found a place 

Where we can bask in serenity.
