By the way, your horns are showing

By the way, your horns are showing

A Chapter by Lafayette

And if by happen instance

And you can give this a whirl?

You know a second thought perhaps?

Here is the deal;

We should take a walk and talk;

Find a park, sit have lunch

Who knows - just perhaps

 Not knowing where we’ll head too

Ten seas, from Athens

Dam fine you are, we should leave here

Go to trust, faithfulness, you know devotion

And oh my lovely, tons of lust,

All of this and more, yes

Si, and so much more

Darlings ask yourself, whose move now?

Meet me half way from there, to Timbuktu;

I’ll meet you there, I’ll bring lunch

I am out of my mind

Most the time in thoughts of you

I this tempo of you;

I know this, so must you

Know too this, once your hand is in mine

As friends, as lovers, as more

Not even Hell’s armies, God or man

Would I not fight to keep you safe

My Darling; for your love, for you

By the way, your horns are showing

Perhaps we should look a little closer

See what words can never say

Come let’s walk a little further together;

You never know what’s around the next turn
