Words Heard From Silence.

Words Heard From Silence.

A Poem by Larul

Hush.

That’s all I have to say.

Let us sit in this demanding silence.

This time spent is not time lost, it’s time savored with the extract of sound.

Bitter it may be, but right now silence is the key to untold realities.

Untold realities that hold the past, future, and us.

I cannot see into the future, but only tell what life may hold.

So bold I may be, to seek times eyes.

Life and death,

torn between the two.

Like a tug-a-war game, and death always wins.

Silence is the world upside-down.

Without it, how could we even tell emotions?

Happy, sad, envy, lust, and anger.

Bittersweet.

Unspoken and untouchable emotions.

How the world dances to nothing.

Nothing but silence.

No rhythm, no tune.

It makes you wonder;

If you cannot hear, do you see the world in different sounds?

Maybe colors, or maybe nothing at all-

Black, white, and grey.

So hear with your eyes, and dance along.

Our feelings are better conveyed through this comforting silence.

These dreams are better off left alone.

And this is why,

Our love is better unsaid then done. ~
