A Poem by Lastica-chan
"

Even light is found in the hollows of space.

"
Feel the heavy eyeliner run down my face
Souless black soiling my brightly painted façade
Expectations as unforgiving as those who scorn me
Things as promising as mist evaporate into nothingness
I am and never will be what people assume

My life is walking on glass, shards ready to prick
The helpless colors of the rainbow cannot reach me
How can anyone know me if I do not know myself
This is when time's masquerade sings it's song
And I as a shadow strive to become 3-D

Mind diving into a pool of neon, desperate for a glow
I want light to reach me in the darkest of corners
One of Gods little marionettes, I'm always on the wire
So I take the shard and break my strings
Feeling color seep into this washed out cosmos

My life is walking on glass, but the shards are now dull
Those helpless rainbows have a fighting chance
For you, who has taught me to let the light in
Can inspire the repainting of what is achromatic
Now this world moves to a new dimension

Renew, repaint, resynthesize.

I LOVE it! Especially this part:
"One of Gods little marionettes, I'm always on the wire
So I take the shard and break my strings
Feeling color seep into this washed out cosmos".
I can totally imagined a jrocker, especially in the beginning, thinking this ^^ Two thumbs up!
