Why?

Little children always ask questions especially 'why?' and that inspired me to write this.

Why does the world go ‘round?

Why do crickets make such sounds?

Why do you ignore my questions?

Why do you rub your head?

Why do you walk away preferring to rest instead?

Why do I have so many questions?

I just can’t ask them all...

Why are there so many sizes: big, medium and small?

Why do you groan at me while banging your head against the door?

Oh and why at night, do you always snore?

Why do you threaten to duct tape my mouth?

Why do I keep talking even as your mood is falling south?

Fine I’ll end your misery now

But just for that, I’ll ask ‘how?’
