Sleepwalking

Sleepwalking

A Poem by Laymeto.rest
"

Sleepwalking

"
How am I supposed to feel,
When I awake in your doorway
Broken from slumbers seal,
Fumbling on incoherent words I can't convey

You told me about one time,
I decided to play a game of hide and seek
With shadows committing a crime,
Proving to them I wasn't weak

Please stop whispering in my ear,
Coaxing me out of my safe place
Into dark places I used to fear
