Elegant

Geese are so elegant. At least I think so.

They are elegant
With outstretched legs
As they walk along the bank
Every so often taking a second
To rifle their beaks through magnificent plumes
Of brown, white, and black

There is a dignity in nature
Found in the ways the geese stretch their legs
And flex their wings
How magical are these feathered beings
