My Crystal Ball

I can factor into the future
And become the course of time
My age has been suspended
Dark matter has shifted my mind

We’ll entertain friends and foes
Who travel from other worlds
With agendas of varied audacity  
Under their spell we’re whirled

Language is a passing phase
Voices are a vaulted tombstone
We’ll develop a higher cortex
So telepathy can tender its tone

We’ll soar in flying saucers
From broken pieces we chase
We reverse engineer the debris
With electromagnetic embrace

Our talent will be time travel
To scout and sever space
Worm holes and astral portals
A dimension of time’s birthplace
 
Most disturbing of all
We’ll evolve to a hybrid race
Our DNA will be enhanced
Our characters will be replaced

I like the rhythm you employ in this piece. The only critique I would offer is that I wish that the end rhyme was more of a hard rhyme then a soft rhyme.
