You came into my life like a bright light on a sweet summer's day,

you made me feel loved, appreciated; our feelings were here to stay.

However, we are just star-crossed lovers,

learning us together was only meant to suffer.

I wish things would have turned out another way,

but here we are, damaged and broken; I still love you to this day.

Well unfortunately things don't always work out the way we planned, but
to still love after the fact, bravo! That takes a lot, I'm in the same boat and also
still love her, do not respect her at all, but will always love her!
