A Million Miles Away

A poetic rant I guess is what you could say. Just needed to get some stuff off my chest.

I cannot begin to explain how she makes me feel..

Its like an earthquake starts inside of me

Every time I wake its there..

Breaking me apart till I collapse;

Till I finally get to hear her voice.

She's everything to me

Yet I've never even felt her touch..

But love to me is the definition of her perfection

No matter what happens in life

It always takes me back to her.

Its like the saying

"If you love something, let it go

If it was meant to be, it will come back"

Well four years later

Still every move lands me at the shores of her beauty

Every word she says leaves me wishing for a million more..

Its a surreal reality really.

I'm in love with a girl a million miles away from me 

Yet a million miles away 

Still every street I turn down

Just brings me back to her.

She's in the rain,

The sky and the wind,

She's everywhere I need her to be

But still not here to hold..

A million miles away

I still miss her everyday..

Oh, the struggle of long distance relationships. I've been in a couple, they were tough, but I don't regret my chance is trying to make them work. All they really take is patience & communication from both parties. Each person emotionally has to be on the same page. You each have to want is just as bad as you've ever wanted anything before if you want it to work. It may be hard come times, but if you put in the right amount of effort, it definitely pays off & makes the miles away worth more and more so it'll mean more when you actually meet one day 💕
