True Friendships

True Friendships

A Poem by LivingDeath

Hard times won't last forever
but true friendships always will,
making memories along the way
conquering the steepest hill.

True frienships don't come easy
they're very rare to find,
but when you do your heart's reborn
it's truly one of a kind.

They'll help you along the way
through the up's and down's,
they'll keep a smile on your face
and wipe away your frowns.

You might hit a couple bumps
and see the other way,
but that's the things that true friends do
they'll come back no matter what you say.

They'll see you to the very end
and all the spots between,
you'll share so many memories
you'll be the unstoppable team.

Oh I loved this .. from the writing to one of the most adorable photos I have ever seen that is so full of life that brings me back to my own childhood. The rhythm, rhyme and flow was really great.. the message is timeless and where true friendship should be! If this was written for the friendship of that between these two boys.. what a wonderful thing to be friends for so many years and not let it go through the good and bad!
