President Museveni of Uganda wants to run for office again in 2021, something that may stretch his rule to over 4 decades. But the man is frail.

"
Mzee is so FRAIL
Leaving behind a TRAIL
Ugandans wanting to WAIL
Over an empty PAIL
Asking for a BAIL
is surely a TAIL
Here a MAIL
Feels like a NAIL
Who will FAIL
If God is to SAIL?
