Micro Stories Part 1

There are four mini micro stories. I like to write them sometimes.

 

At Last

 

"I hope it hurt like hell!" she said to the mangled corpse, before turning to the undertaker. "He can't hurt me anymore. I'm free."

 

The Card Game

 

Everything was gone. Wife, children, home. But he had to play just one more hand. He had nothing to lose.

 

Tie Her Down

 

If he hadn't returned home, he wouldn't have found out the truth. His wife had become overly attached to the garden hose.

 

 

Bananas

 

How could he have said it? So what if she'd painted

everything yellow, including the cat! It didn't care. It was dead.

 

Mona couldn’t help herself.

I'm thinking the "He had nothing to lose" is redundant!

Outside of that, I had a very enjoyable read!

I look forward to more of these 'micro stories'!
