Beautiful darkness

Beautiful darkness

A Poem by Lostangel

The pale moonlight shines upon her dark beauty,
While he stares at such a unique creature.
His mind wonders why something so amazing,
Can be so broken.
Wonders why she flinches when all he wants,
Is to caress her body

To hold her till the sun smiles upon our naked skin
She's such a beautiful chaos,
To kiss those trembling lips,
Oh how it would make his day.
But she's toofragile, he's too afraid
She'll grumble.

Too fragile on the outside yet,
Her heart is as cold as a bone chilling winter.
Her soul is as dark as midnight yet,
Her beauty shines a unique shimmer.

This one is interesting. It's almost like the speaker is damaged by something from her past. Beautiful but damaged. And the "he" believes that a physical action can save her.

I like this poem as it is a vivid description of some of the women I have known.

Good job. Thanks for sharing
