Kiss Me

Kiss Me

A Poem by LoveAndDreams
"

Kiss, Hold, See, Teach; what else?

"

Kiss me

Just like you used to

Sheltered by Willow’s branches

Secretive butterflies perching for seconds

Hold me

Who needs words?

When actions speak so loud;

They shout, “You’re all I feel now”

See me?

Because I see you

Your smile, brighter than any sun

Your eyes, grey beauties, tranquil as any moon

Teach me

Whisper sweet lessons

In my ears, tell me tales, legends,

Fantasy myths that I could only imagine

Kiss me

And let the fireworks fly

Hear those wedding bells ring

Nostalgia hits me hard, please kiss me

Hold me

Hold my hand tight

If you let go I know I’ll lose you

And I may never find you- just hold me

See me?

My vision is so hazy

And I feel as if you’re slipping away

I can’t see you, can you see me?

Teach me

How to let go

Or how to hold on, how to love

I think I’ve forgotten, will you teach me?
