Never Let Go

I don't even know where to start.

My life was spinning out of control,

Lifting off the ground,

In a tornado of confusion and hate.

I went sky-diving, I took a chance,

But when I jumped off that plane,

My parachute would not open.

I began to panic, spinning in a free-fall to my death.

I got so dizzy I couldn't think,

Couldn't scream,

Couldn't breathe.

You fell soon behind,

And saw the panic in my eyes.

You grabbed my hand and pulled me close,

Now I need you to promise

That you'll never let go.

Don't let go, no don't let go of me.
