Man changing is tough

You're going to feel it

The icy cold painful shivers

When you first jump in the lake

In late spring

But take it take it

Yes go ahead and take a swim

Eventually the water warms up

Eventually the grind becomes

A fulfilling habit

Humans are habits

No more no less

It takes the same thing for failure

For success

The successful rarely become failures

The failures rarely become successful

Habits are hard to change

For better or worse

I like this, and the last line "for better or worse" like we are married to the habits because change is so difficult at times to get used to. Really good write, relatable and true to life for some.

Thoughtful, philosophical yet doesn't hurt the mind. Could read this over and learn about living and self, could read again and feel the person inside that head of yours.
