Always the One

Always the One

A Poem by Lunalove6963

Sorrow
Deep in the heart of me
I can't seam to let go
But I can't hold on
I guess this is who
I am suppose to be
The one to grin and bare it
To take everything as a grain of sand
But how?
Even a grain of sand
between two moving things
cause irritation
becoming raw
And eventually bleeds

It's against human nature to bear sorrow for too long without having to deal with the stress that goes with it. To be in its grasp feels like forever.
