Toujours!

Toujours!

A Poem by Lydia Shutter

artwork by Yuri Yarosh

Words jingle enticingly between us
closer now…closer
moments ache with the anticipation
of camouflaged desire
your stubble softens
‘neath the humidity of my breath

Luxuriating near the bend of your lip
delighting in your sleight of hand
sibilant syllables samba softly from my lips
ruffling through my reality

Oui, mon amour, you continue to be the star
of my favorite fantasy…toujours!

"Toujours" has such a warm and sensuous feel to it--to be enveloped in the cosy blankets of forever is surely a beautiful fantasy..... Of course I love the sibliance line. Frankly, who wouldn't???
Your words samba around the page ever so gracefully, ma'am!!! :))

Touching, teasing, pleasing, as you
soar through heaven's stars... knowing
you have found your brightest star...
falling satisfied. truly, Pat

You are a sweetheart, Pat. Thank you very much. Lydi**
This poem feels so sensual...luxuriating near the bend of your lip...
It kind of sounds like a dance as you read it and flows so sweetly .

The dance of passion....yes. Thank you so much, Teresa. Lydi**
I have one word to describe your poetry - "magical".
It is as simple as that - you never cease to amaze me.

WOW, Julie! Thank you so much!! Lydi**
Love, and passion, enduring. When people say it fades, it doesn't for everyone, and you are proof of that.

Bravo Lydi, what a deliciously enticing and otherwise thought provoking little read you have both created and made available here. You really are the high priestess of beautiful and tasteful erotica & no bullshit x

Gorgeous sensory poem. I loved the alliteration and the imagery that comes to life with the sensuality of another language other than English. Beautiful just like your soul sweet Lydi!!

My, my, who could speak after reading this? "...sibilant syllables samba softly." I think my insatiable appetite just got stuffed!

Simply gorgeous, Lydi!
