Thunderbird

Thunderbird

A Poem by Lyndsay Castro
"

A stormy night in Central Mexico

"

Electric candle, smokey flame

Bass notes, strobe light dance

Live dirt, shattered ocean

Fall up or down or in

Symbals wet, heart broken

Hard and fierce, whistles

Faded glory, clean and old

Dropping in, old friend

Scaring us, foe frightening

I love weather!!
I'm afraid of alot of it but it's a miracle!
Think about it...who other than God could possibly create the rain, the sun, floods,TORNADOS,Wind,Cold air,Hot air...ect?
This is a very beautiful poem,
My fav line was:
"Electric candle, smokey flame
Bass notes, strobe light dance
Live dirt, shattered ocean"
Kudos Buttercup! =]

I think you've captured the unpredictability and wide range of weather here. Nicely done!
