Fibro Curse

Fibro Curse

A Poem by Lyndsay Castro
"

An ode to fibromyalgia

"

Pain, pain, go away

Come again another day.

The blinding fire burns my bones

My brain and eyelids made of stone.

You will not let me play today

I hope you won't live on, I pray.

You make me wish I wasn't here

You shove my throat full of fear.

I cannot stay awake for life

And no one knows my painful plight.

Amazing. I'm SO sorry. What a horrible thing to go through. As far as the poem on its own, very nice. The flow is perfect, and the rhymes are amazing. :) Great work. Something I haven't ever really read about.

I do, and so do all these people http://www.creativeforasecond.com .. Read it, go to the back page, there are support links there, they might help you, in the least help you feel less alone in the invisible suffering.
Gentle hugs
