Never dying Artist

Never dying Artist

A Poem by Aurora (MC)
"

My story of a never dying artist...An artist can never be broken.

"
You splashed your cruelty
On my beautiful paintings.
You tore off my dreams
With your egoistic hands.
You burned them
In the flames of your fake honor.
And the pain you gave me,
Was just your ambition.

You didn't see my bloody tears
Hidden in my smile.
You didn't noticed the scars
That you gave to my artistic hands.
You didn't heard my silent cries
Screaming in my heart.
You just aimed to
Pierce my heart apart.

You broke my brushes
That painted my awesome thoughts.
You broke my dreams
And shattered it like pieces of glass.
I was bleeding inside
And dying within me.
But still stood with courage
Because an artist can never die.

Is this by chance inspired a little bit by my poem The Broken Artist? It seems to respond to the themes of that poem and shows a more optimist way of thinking. I like this way of thinking, that even though pain and suffering a writer can persist, and you wrote it in a way that you can certainly be proud of! I see strength in you from having such a viewpoint. I disagree with the fact that an artist cannot be broken, but that does not take away from this being a great poem. I believe poetry will live forever, but artists are picky, some just stop writing, or lose their spark. And in other cases, writers don't live forever. But I understand the idea that an artist can live on through their work. I appreciate this view, as I believe the same. But although the work lives on, artists can be snuffed out as easily as a candle. That's just my opinion, and it's ok to have different opinions, I respect yours and your work. I'm happy to read what you have to share, although I may not always review, you can bet I will be reading your work. Your doing great!

Artistically expressed. Never let anyone destroy your dreams. That has to be the message contained in your poem.
small edit, stanza 2 line 1, I read it as "You didn't see my bloody tears"

You are welcome.
Very artistic. I love to equate writing poetry to crafting pieces of art. Each artist has their own style. For this piece, you used vivid emotion to convey your message of perseverance of the struggling artist when faced with adversity. Great read.
