Comfort Zone

"Come out of your comfort zone."
They make it sound like an easy thing to do.
Yet everytime I try to hold those words,
As I forced myself to step out of my little box,
It kills me slowly.
Maybe it's too easy for them.
But they don't have any idea how it feels like,
To live with an anxiety chained to you.
