Hide Behind the Grail

Hide Behind the Grail

A Poem by Mahlo Metsys
"

"None Specified"

"
In the first frame of the end of days
Seeking what dwells in the inner sanctum
A death that fills the hunger
With a devotion through the stars
Depraved of your creation
Swaying from the purity at heart
A life that claims devotion
Chasing you to hide behind the grail

Drinking life to quench the thirst of death
In the winter of deception
Dwell in the moist of that which bleeds
In the end that flows forevermore
In the condensated raining shadows
As the black shall hide your pale reflection
Hide in wait for the light to find you
In a phase that's shrieking; "Nevermore"
