A Poem by Molly Leanne Jasmer

This is a poem that I came up with in less than 5 minutes lol I just stared rhyming words.

My neighbors are folly

Because they put up holly

All year round

Growing from the ground

Green and red berries

Because they believe in fairies

They put purple in them too

And up and up they grew

And wouldn’t you know it " but fairies came out!

So I gave a shout

“Fairies; Fairies came out!”

My neighbors said “no need to shout”

Then there were the fairies, eating to be stout

Down came the house

Smashing their pet mouse

And that was the end of my folly neighbors’ house

When you put food coloring in water or something with plants, they turn the color of the food coloring. it's a good experiment.

naturally it's kinda jolly work! I really liked the vibrancy in each line. The rhyming was great. It's like climbing up a staircase in a wonderland!

Brilliant thought!

Keep writing more poetry!

A wonderful run of wit, rhyme and imagery! Whimsical and fun to read! And I agree entirely with the food coloring! That can be fun! :)
