I know that you still care.

I want to laugh with you again,

And share my everything.

I want to give you love once more,

And all the joy it brings.

I want to hold your hand again,

And feel your lips on mine.

I want to have you in my life.

I’m sick and tired of crying.

I want to be in your arms once more.
I want that joy again.

I want to think that we’ll bounce back.

I just don’t know when.

I know that things might not work out,

But I feel that we must try.
